Snugpak has finally done it. For years they have been asked for a Waterproof Breathable Outer Shell Jacket to compliment the exceptional line of their Insulated Jackets. So they have come up with the RJ-1 which can be worn alone as a waterproof, breathable rain jacket or windbreaker or as a final layer over your insulating layers. The RJ-1 has years of thought and input from numerous partners and professionals worldwide into it. It is remarkably functional throughout, highly versatile and great to have in your pack for those unexpected weather conditions to help you battle the elements.

Two way side zips allow for additional / controlled ventilation under the arms. They also allow for better access to pockets as well as items that might be on a belt like a radio, pistol, handheld GPS, flashlight or other equipment when opened from the waist line.
